PCMC offers two professional core machines, both of which are named for their ability to product triple-, double- or single-ply cores. With our TDS line of equipment, cores are made efficiently and reliably, with minimal waste.
TDSI
The TDSI professional core machine is capable of producing a wide range of core diameters with up to four plies for away-from-home products. With multiple core lengths and optional features to choose from, the TDSI gives converters the flexibility they need in today’s competitive tissue market.
CM 10
The CM 10 professional core machine is capable of producing a wide range of core diameters with up to five plies for away-from-home products. While there are still several optional features to choose from, the CM 10 is designed for converters in the value market, who likely don’t need the same speed and production capacity that our TDSI offers.
